What to Expect

Assigned vs. First-Come

We'll confirm your specific space and the current assignment policy when you sign up — this can depend on what's open at the time.

Allowed Vehicles

Tractors, tractor-trailer combinations and similar commercial vehicles. Tell us your setup on the availability form and we'll confirm fit.

Deposit & Payment

Deposit amount, proration and accepted payment methods are confirmed at sign-up and detailed in the parking agreement. See our Terms.

Cancellation

Month-to-month parking with a documented cancellation notice period — covered in the signed agreement and Terms.

Personal Vehicles, Sleeping & Idling

Rules on personal vehicles, sleeping in the cab, idling and reefer units are set out in the yard rules — ask our team when you call or check the FAQ.

Snow & Lot Maintenance

The lot is maintained through winter conditions. Ask our team about current-season timing when you call.

Move-In

Move-In Process

  1. Check Availability

    Call, text or submit the form with your truck type and target move-in date.

  2. Confirm & Sign

    We confirm the space, price and terms, then send the parking agreement.

  3. Pay & Get Access

    First payment and any deposit are collected, then your gate credential is issued. Same-day move-in may be available during processing hours.
