1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contacting RT Group Truck and Trailer Repair Center, doing business as Zion Truck Parking, you agree to these Terms of Service, which apply to website use and general inquiries. Your specific parking arrangement is governed by a separate signed parking agreement, not solely by this page.

2. Services Described

We offer monthly commercial truck and fleet parking at 700 Trumpet Park Dr, Zion, IL 60099. Repair services referenced on this site are provided by RT Group Truck & Trailer Repair, a separate business operating on the same property — their services are governed by their own terms, not ours.

3. Pricing & Payment

Our published base rate is $199/month. Final pricing, deposit amount, proration and accepted payment methods for your specific space are confirmed at sign-up and set out in your signed parking agreement.

4. Space Assignment

Spaces may be assigned or general/first-come depending on availability at the time of sign-up. Your specific space assignment, if any, is confirmed in your signed parking agreement.

5. Access & Conduct

Tenants receive a gate access credential for entry. Tenants agree to follow posted yard rules, including rules on personal vehicles, sleeping in vehicles, idling, and use of reefer units. The complete yard rules are posted on-site and provided at sign-up.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Parking is month-to-month. Either party may cancel with at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing date. Cancellation requests should be submitted by phone or in writing to the contact below.

7. Liability

Tenants are responsible for maintaining their own insurance on any vehicle, trailer, cargo or equipment parked at the facility. RT Group Truck and Trailer Repair Center is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or property parked on-site, except to the extent caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Cameras & Monitoring

The property has security cameras. Footage is retained for approximately 24 hours and used for safety and security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Communications Consent

If you opt in via our forms, you consent to receive calls and texts about your parking request as described at sign-up and in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois.
