6. Cameras & On-Site Monitoring
The parking facility uses security cameras to monitor the property for safety and security. Camera footage is generally retained for approximately 24 hours and then automatically overwritten, except that footage related to an active incident, insurance claim, or law enforcement request may be retained longer. Footage is accessed only by authorized personnel and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to address a safety or security incident.

We retain contact and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, service your account, and comply with legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
